Energize Your Healthy Habits

Teach kids about recharging energy levels through lessons and activities to help them learn how sleep habits and screen time are connected to their energy.

Introduction

Kids will learn that "recharge your energy" means to sleep 9-12 hours every night and make time for screen-free relaxation throughout the day. This will help jump start their motivation to get the energy they need to make healthy nutrition and physical activity choices.
